Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience
- High volume experience being able to work on multiple orders at once
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good at cash handling and multi tasking in general
- Knowledge of French cuisine and pastry will be highly valued
- Easy going friendly nature with a strong team work ethic, humble, punctual, hardworking and honest and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Excellent attention to detail & ability to follow instructions
- Exceptional presentation and grooming
- Experience in artisan baking in a professional food service is not a necessity but an advantage
- An eye for detail with an appreciation for good bread
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent food hygiene standards with an understanding of HACCP preferred
- Excellent physical fitness
- Great attitude and passionate about your career
- Able and willing to work weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shift
