A bûche de Noël or yule log is a traditional Christmas cake, often served as a dessert near Christmas, especially in France, Belgium, Switzerland. It is traditionally made from a genoise generally baked in a large, shallow pan, iced, rolled to form a cylinder, and iced again on the outside. The most common combination is basic yellow sponge cake and chocolate buttercream, though many variations exists. Nowadays, the modern version is more of a light mousse with a layer of genoise and cremeux and usually glazed.
Each cake serves 10-12 people and can be gluten free.

Tropical flavour is without nuts unless gluten free (contain almonds)
