Tarte amandine or "Bourdaloue" was created in second half of XIX century and is named after the street where it was originally created in Paris by patissier Nicolas Bourguoin. Traditionally made with pears, we fill a sweet pastry with a frangipane (almond creme patissiere) and bake the tart with fruits. 

 

Contains eggs, dairy, nuts and gluten.
