This chocolate tart is exceptional in its flavours and textures. This is a more modern form of pastry than all our other cakes and could be called the "Snickers tart" but still very simple and traditional. The pate sucree is filled with a salted butter caramel, then crunchy caramelised peanuts and a dark chocolate ganache.
Contains eggs, dairy, nuts and gluten.
